This cuvee rose is one of the pride and joys of our winery. It is the result of years of research and work and is a perfect fusion of the fruity flavour, flowery notes and elegance of prosecco and the structure and persistence of raboso. the grape varieties, combined using an original technique pioneered by our enologist, are glera grapes from the hills 80% and raboso 20%.
