Dolce veleno is a combination of two very different and contrasting grape varieties: moscato, sweet, intense and aromatic and raboso, a full-bodied, coarse, bitter, sharp red wine. By skilfully combining these grapes, we have obtained a unique sparkling wine which is highly aromatic, lingering, fullbodied, structured and sweet.
